We were quickly overwhelmed and I called Dennis at Showcase Reptiles who spent 10 + min on the phone with me, along with an hour in the store guiding me on what I needed/ didn't need when caring for a new baby bearded dragon I knew nothing about. He dedicated his time and energy, never once making me feel like I had too many questions. He is someone who has a passion for helping both the beardie and customer. I can easily say it was this store that helped me feel much more confident in caring for this beautiful cold blooded creature I knew nothing about. No judgement ever just thoughtful and kind help from Dennis and his wife. Hands down the best find, if you are looking reptile experts, along with a great reptile store, this place is a must!”
